At PrettyFIT, we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
